LAND SEARCH
We offer a land search service to assist you in identifying the right development opportunities at the right price. We begin by ensuring that we have a thorough and detailed understanding of your requirements so that we only target sites that meet your needs. We then use our extensive network of contacts and targeted letter writing campaigns to find you the right sites. Once a site is identified we can then assist at every stage of the acquisition process including due diligence, site appraisal, deal negotiation and agreeing contracts.
PLANNING
Identifying the right land in the right places and securing a workable and viable planning permission is critical to our clients. Within our team there is a wealth of experience advising clients on the best way to navigate the complex planning system. We can advise on a wide range of topics including assessments of the planning potential of development opportunities and develop detailed planning strategies that focus not only on achieving a planning consent but ensuring that value is being maximised at every stage of the process. We can help prepare, submit and manage planning applications as well as assisting with other technical issues such as S106 negotiations. Given our years of experience in the industry we can work alongside a team of consultants to ensure that all team members are focused on delivering a viable planning permission as swiftly as possible.
STRATEGIC LAND
Within our team of Directors there is a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of Strategic Land. We carry out the upfront due diligence required to target the right areas and identify the right sites. We can assist at every stage of site acquisition and have extensive experience at structuring Promotion and Option Agreements. Our in-house planning expertise has been honed by years of experience of working through every stage of the planning process. This means we can support the promotion of land through both a Local Plan process and a planning application. Once planning is secured, we will assist with marketing or price negotiation to ensure that you get the best possible result.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Using all of our expertise we are able to offer an end to end development project management service, managing and coordinating all the work necessary to take a piece of land from its initial state through to a completed development. We will handle the whole process starting with the planning and architectural design, the financial appraisal and any funding arrangements. Once the project is underway we will keep a check on the delivery costs of both the building and infrastructure and coordinate the full professional team, ensuring a project that is financially sound, delivered in a timely manner and is desirable to all involved from planning authorities through to the end user.
