OUR BACKGROUND
Founded in 2002 as a property consultancy, ASE has advised on the development of a wide range of projects including residential, student, commercial and leisure. Our shared experience allows us to focus on the whole process from scheme development through to detailed financial appraisal and delivery. Representing clients from PLCs to local landowners we pride ourselves on our personal approach, getting to know and understand each client and their aspirations. We believe building strong relationships with clients is the key to successful projects.

PETER COLEBROOK
Managing Director
With over 30 years’ residential and commercial property experience Peter has worked for some the biggest names in the industry including Taylor Wimpy, Millers and Bellway, as well as a host of niche developers. Working at director level for most of his career Peter specialises in the land and development process. He has been directly responsible for the purchase of more than 10,000 residential plots, as well as numerous student, commercial and leisure use sites. Peter founded ASE Investments in 2002 and over the last 20 years has helped many clients realise their property ambition, be that sale, purchase or development.

SARAH CARR
Director
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience working in planning
and land acquisition in both the public and private sector.
A chartered town planner, Sarah started her career working
in local authority before joining Pegasus Planning Group as a consultant advising a wide range of clients on planning and undertaking strategic land searches. Before joining ASE Sarah spent the last 10 years working for volume house builders, most recently as Land and Planning Director at Redrow where she was responsible for the identification of strategic and immediate land and securing planning permission for the Yorkshire division of the business.

ADAM COLEBROOK
Director
Adam has been working in the residential development industry since 2010. Starting out as Trainee Land Manager working his way up to Land Director he has worked for numerous regional and national house builders including Cala Homes and Redrow Homes, as well as Land Promoters. Adam specialises in site assessment and acquisition, whilst also having a comprehensive knowledge of viability assessments and the planning process.

SOPHIE WEBB
Business & Office Manager
Sophie has worked in sales and project management for the last 10 years. Beginning her career in client services in marketing agencies she worked with a host of large brands such as The Cooperative and Thomson Reuters, before moving on to working in sales for both National and Regional house builders. Sophie brings a wealth of client service experience to ASE and is now in charge of the day to day running of the office and client accounts.
